If you procure by using eBay you are able to check the reputation of the retailer, and are protected in the event of bad performance by the seller by their exemplary security system, If you buy a product through a nornal classified advert, it is a good idea to pay by paypal, as you are less likely to be cheated when protected by their payment system.
